What do you need to do to have us put your photo on an item?

The first thing you have to do is pick out the item from the photo products page that you want to have your photo put on. Then take your photos and send them to us (send a maximum of 3 pictures we might use per item). They can be camera photos, cell phone pictures, even screenshots and or graphics. You can send your photos in the format JPEG, PDF, PNG, or CDR. ****Don't edit the photo; let us do it.**** If you're going to take pictures, remember a couple of things.
  • Don't take a closeup. Leave space around your object. To make it easier to edit the photo.
  • Look at the item you want to put your photo on. Is it vertical or horizontal? A picture should be in the same direction as the item you want to put the picture on.
  • Try not to get a photo that is too dark or too light.
  • If the subject of your photo is too far away and we need to enlarge it too much, you could lose clarity.
You can also use artwork (graphics as well as photos). You can go to our graphic website at the bottom of the photo items page and pick out a graphic. We can change the wording on the graphics and we can even add your picture to it as well. We also do custom T-Shirts with Graphics. The better the resolution (clearer), the more we can do with it. *****Let us do the editing of the picture.*****
  • Fill out the comment box below telling us your name and phone number, address, and email. (if we need to call you to clarify something)
  • Then add any other information we might need in the comment box. (if there are multiple names, list them all)
  • Once you have your pictures (a maximum of 3 different pictures per item), attach them to the Get in Touch form at the bottom of page.
  • We will then prepare a proof of the item to scale at 100% on the item and email it back to you for your approval. There is no charge until you sign off on the approval.
  • You will then pay, and we will produce the item and ship it to you.

The artwork can be altered in many ways, the colors, what the text says, font size or style. Designs can be combined to create something new or by adding new clipart or removing them, and even photos can be added to it.

The process is to take your photograph and apply it to a blank product. The final result is your photo is preserved forever to enjoy.
